The IMS Team are providers of a variety of management information (MI) services, analysis and statistical reports on young people in 10 local authority areas.
We work in partnership with a host of local authorities, careers companies, and other national partners to support the needs of young people in the boroughs of:

CorePlus is the client caseload information system (CCIS) designed for and used by advisors working with young people in each of the 10 boroughs. It holds information about young people aged between 13 and 19 (up to age 25 for those with learning difficulties or disabilities or LDD), the organisations they are involved with, vacancies they can apply for and other opportunities. The IMS Team are the administrators for the CorePlus database, controlling access to it, performing data maintenance tasks, and formally reporting on the information held within it.
The IMS Team produce monthly and quarterly reports including detailed information on borough cohorts and monitoring progress toward targets such as the NEET 2010. In addition to these standard documents, we also offer an ad hoc reporting service, which can provide in-depth analysis of data based upon locally specified requirements.
Our team strives to fulfil the expectations of our customers by providing user training and support on CorePlus, whilst emphasising a high standard for data integrity and data security.
