Welcome to LECP Training & Workforce Development. Since 2002, LECP has invested our expertise into the development of practitioners working in the Children & Young People's workforce across the London region.
Our vision is to work together with partner agencies and local authorities, to contribute towards the development of the Children's Workforce by creating a set of shared training opportunities based on common core skills, knowledge and standards.
We provide high quality professional training and consistent delivery in a number of key content areas, utilising associate trainers with considerable experience working with Young People. This is done through our range of scheduled courses or can be commissioned to be run in-house.
